Welcome to Baker’s Theory! My name is Alex and I love to cook and bake. I’m also a busy new mom with a full-time job and family, so my recipes range from putzy to practical. I show equal love to creating homemade croissants as I do scrambled egg sandwiches! (And I’ve never met an egg I didn’t like!)
With over two decades of cooking and baking experience, a degree in chemical engineering, and a career in food processing, I’d like to share some tips and theories I’ve learned through my kitchen trials. Streamlining the process to make my life (and yours) easier is fun and rewarding for me!
